Welcome to the 10X Program
The 10X program is being implemented by Outbox (U), UNCDF,
Refactory Academy, and WITU in partnership with the Mastercard
Foundation. Refactory Academy is working towards inclusively
skilling over 9,400 and linking 6,300 young women for meaningful
work in the digital economy. Refactory Academy in the 10X
program is empowering young women with relevant tech skills
and life-changing opportunities, equipping them to thrive in the
digital economy as individuals and as business owners.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 10X Program scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must be female
Currently residing in Uganda
Priority are unemployed applicants
Must speak, comprehend, and write English
Applicants must demonstrate financial need
Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply
Must be available for fulltime participation in a 4 - 24 week training program
